*On 24 Hour Restaurant Battle on the Food Network in the recent episode "City vs Country" one team chose to create a gluten free restaurant for the challenge. After the meal was served, the host Scott Conant said "they may not appeal to as big an audience as they would need to make that a successful business".
*...And on a continuation of the thought from a recent post, do gluten free eggs come from grain fed chickens?
