General Mills has run tv commercials in the USA to fantastically help Raise Awareness of Gluten Free diets (and to sell General Mills cereal). Thank you very much General Mills!

As awareness is raised of Gluten free diets, and sales of products increase, more large corporations may be interested to sell gluten Free foods. Tinkyada, a gluten-free pasta manufacturer, may be a pure play (as is said in stock market parlance, for corporations which only do or make "one thing") and someday sell itself to some large corporation.
